1. Introduction
Welcome to Oneness Yachts! These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our yacht charter services. By booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Booking and Payment
Reservation Process: To secure a booking, a deposit may be required at the time of reservation. The amount of the deposit will be communicated during the booking process.
Payment Methods: All payments must be made in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham). We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash.
Full Payment: Full payment for the charter must be received prior to departure. Failure to complete payment may result in the cancellation of your booking, and the deposit may be forfeited.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Notice: Cancellations made at least 14 days before the scheduled departure will receive a full refund of any payments made.
Cancellation Fees: Cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled departure will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount.
Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling requests will be subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
4. Usage Guidelines
Safety Regulations: Guests must adhere to all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the crew. It is mandatory for all guests to participate in the safety briefing before departure.
Behavior on Board: We expect all guests to conduct themselves in a respectful and considerate manner. Any form of disruptive behavior may result in termination of the charter without refund.
Prohibited Activities: Smoking is permitted in designated areas only. Guests must check with the crew for guidance. Additionally, illegal activities, including drug use and excessive alcohol consumption, are strictly forbidden.
Damage Responsibility: Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the yacht or its equipment during the charter. Any costs for repairs or replacements will be charged to the guest.
5. Insurance and Liability
Insurance Coverage: Oneness Yachts is fully insured for public liability as required by UAE law. However, we strongly recommend that guests obtain personal travel insurance for their protection during the charter.
Limitations of Liability: Oneness Yachts shall not be liable for any injuries, losses, damages, or expenses incurred during the charter, including but not limited to accidents, illnesses, or theft. Guests participate in all activities at their own risk.
Force Majeure: Oneness Yachts shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms & Conditions due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government restrictions.
6. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be settled in the competent courts of Dubai.
7. Changes to Terms
Oneness Yachts reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions regularly. Continued use of our services after any changes signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Health and Safety Measures
Health Regulations: Guests are required to comply with all local health regulations, including COVID-19 safety protocols, if applicable. This may include mask-wearing, social distancing, and providing proof of vaccination or negative test results.
Medical Emergencies: In the event of a medical emergency, the crew is trained to handle basic first aid. However, guests are responsible for their own health and well-being and should ensure they have any necessary medications on board.
